Directions to the Park Take hyw 11 north to interchange 169 Bethune Drive, Gravenhurst. Follow Bethune Drive to the Park Admission is Free with a collection being taken up during the performance. Rain Venue is the Gravenhurst Opera House at 295 Muskoka Rd. South in Gravenhurst Concerts run rain or shine

This looks like a great event. I wish I was a bit closer... I would love an evening of music on the barge.
Kathy, outdoor concerts are really fun, but being on the water is even better!
It was a great night filled with the great songs of Buddy Holly, the Big Bopper ("J. P." Richardson, Jr) , Ritchie Valens, the Shirelles, Lesly Gore, Rickey Nelson and of course Elvis Presly.
Kathy-I don't think I've ever seen such a performance. From your picture it looks like the performers are on the barge and there is water between the barge and the audience on shore. Is that right?
Wayne - correct the "Barge" is set on piles out in the lake and people sit in the park on the shore ..... it keeps all us seniors from rushing the stage

Larry and Sheila - we enjoyed the concert, our grandkids who were vacationing in the area enjoyed the concert and the fact that they could also enjoy the beach and swim at the same time
